When Hollywood gets political, the solutions tend to get a bit racist.

For some elites, the immigration conversation keeps circling the service counter.

BRIEFING

Grant here. We all know liberal celebrities are out of touch, this isn't news. But every once in a while, one of them pops out of the woodwork and says something so completely elitist that it makes you question what kind of reality they're living in. Let’s break it down.

In a recent interview, Twilight actress Kristen Stewart was picking up the liberal torch and speaking emotionally about immigration enforcement, wallowing about how she wants to "help" her fellow undocumented migrant friends.

She also mentions how the immigrant culture in Los Angeles has helped in making her who she is. That's right, Kristen Stewart, who's of English, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, and Jewish ancestry, now deeply resonates with Latino culture.

Then, in that same breath, she starts wondering what can be done to help immigrants. Like, really help. And her brilliant solution: stop buying burgers during the daytime.

So, is she basically saying these immigrants, the ones who have played a part in her formation, are nothing more than fast-food workers?

That's some high praise, Kristen...

SOURCE

She really is the voice of a generation. So prolific. So insightful. It's a wonder that a nationwide burger protest isn't happening at this very moment.

But for some reason, despite Stewart's moving words, she doesn't seem to be convincing too many people online...

"Daytime burger boycotts… finally, the revolution we’ve all been starving for."

"It's about time someone called for a daytime burger boycott."

"Raise your hand if you dont give shit what celebrities have to say"

"Kristen Stewart is a bombastic imbecile. She conflates legal immigrants with illegal immigrants and thinks we don’t notice."

"Can these people please say this more.. around the mid terms and preferably in swing states"

"She just gave me a migraine."

DEBRIEFING

Yes, again, this is just more of the same celebrity, elitist, liberal stupidity we've all heard before. But it's also a pattern that keeps repeating over and over again.

Liberals say they want to "help" illegal immigrants. Their heart breaks for their plight. But then, seconds later, they're completely undermining them as a people. Like Stewart insinuating they're all fast-food workers. Sure, it's an off-the-cuff comment, but sometimes those are the most honest ones.

The truth is that liberals like Stewart live in such an elitist bubble that they have no way of distinguishing between what a legal and illegal immigrant even is or what the culture even encompasses. So as a result, they literally dumb down these people into just simple "workers," not even complex individuals. That alone tells you the real lack of respect or recognition they actually have for immigrant communities.

It's all just virtue signaling. There's no other way to slice it.

NOW YOU KNOW

Liberal "activism" sounds powerful. Does very little.
