BRIEFING
What you are about to see looks like the government finally "stepping up" to protect Americans from the poison on grocery store shelves. It looks like a heroic crackdown on Big Food, right? It's as if someone in power finally woke up and is rushing in to save the day. But that's the surface version of the story, and the surface version is never the truth.
If you zoom out, you will recognize the pattern. The same government that ignored rising metabolic disease for decades is now staging itself as the savior of the dinner plate. The same bureaucracy that subsidized the sugary, engineered sludge filling our supermarkets is suddenly pretending to be your guardian angel. And if you have been alive long enough to remember what they did with the old-school giants of Big Tobacco, you know exactly how this script will play out. They partner up during the boom years so everyone gets rich; they ride the wave as long as they can and then flip the table over when they need a political win or a new excuse to regulate your life.
And that's the point we’re at here. This latest lawsuit I’m about to share with you isn’t about protecting families or public health. This is the government positioning itself for the next chapter of control by using a crisis it helped create. The same apparatus that pushed seed oils, sugar, and fake food into every American home is now suing the companies they enabled. When the system wants more power, it invents a villain it can defeat. Today that villain is Big Food. Sure, Big Food is awful, but so is the apparatus that created them and allowed them to thrive.
So before you read the lawsuit, I need you to understand the truth behind it. The government isn't cleaning up some random mess. It’s reorganizing the battlefield. The timing isn't accidental, and the outrage isn't organic. And the sudden concern for your well-being didn’t come from a place of warm and fuzzy conscience. This is a strategy to gain more control. That’s what the government machine does. It looks for ways to control more.
Now let’s look at what they are calling a “first of its kind” case and what that really means.
SOURCE
A first of its kind government lawsuit has been launched against 11 Big Food companies for knowingly creating highly addictive, poisonous, ultra processed foods Companies being sued include giants like Kellogg and Coca-Cola Showing these foods are liked to obesity, cancer, diabetes and more “They're on nearly every shelf in nearly every grocery store across the country. Ultra-processed foods now make up over 50% of the American diet. Our case is about companies who design food to be harmful and addictive. In San Francisco today, City Attorney David Chiu announced the first government lawsuit of its kind against 11 companies that manufacture ultra-processed foods, including breakfast titan Kellogg and beverage maker Coca-Cola, accusing them of using unfair and deceptive marketing to sell food. We've known for a long time that the ingredients in many of these ultra-processed foods are unhealthy. — We have all suspected for a long time that food that is not food were likely not good for us, but it took many years for the science to catch up. Research has linked ultra-processed foods to obesity, type 2 diabetes, and cancer. In a statement, a trade group representing many of the companies named in the lawsuit said, There is currently no agreed-upon the scientific definition of ultra-processed foods and that calling them unhealthy is misleading to consumers. There's a clear definition in California law on what ultra-processed foods are — San Francisco has a history of taking on big business. They previously sued and won multi-million dollar lawsuits against big tobacco, lead paint and opioid manufacturers.“

So now that you’ve seen the clip and heard all the dramatic language about this “first of its kind” case, yada yada, let’s talk about what's really going on here. This lawsuit isn't the government bravely standing up to Big Food. It's the government repositioning itself after decades of helping build the very industry it now pretends to fight. Every ingredient they are suddenly outraged about was approved by them. Every harmful product was allowed by them. Every company on that lawsuit list grew under their supervision.
That is why the timing matters. They need a new villain so they can play hero again. They did the exact same thing with Big Tobacco. They looked the other way for years, then sued the monster they helped create so they could come out looking righteous.
But wait, there's a lot more to this story. If you ever wondered why this bad food is so addictive, here’s the part nobody talks about. The food didn’t magically become uber-palatable on its own. Back in the 1980s and 90s, the dying tobacco industry (that the government "took down") quietly bought up massive chunks of the food industry. They didn’t just buy brands. They moved their scientists over there, too. The same people who engineered nicotine addiction started engineering “bliss points” in snacks, cereals, sauces, and frozen meals. Sugar, salt, fat, starch, dopamine loops. All of it.
Big Tobacco didn’t disappear. It just changed aisles. And once that happened, the government didn’t step in. It stepped aside.
You see the pattern, right?
SOURCE
That’s why ultra-processed food hits like a drug. It was designed that way.
Which makes today’s lawsuit even more twisted. The government is now pretending to rescue you from an addiction pipeline it allowed, protected, and partnered with for decades. The same apparatus that approved the ingredients, ignored the science, and let these companies grow into giants is now posing as the hero. They didn’t stop the fire. They warmed their hands over it like creepy ghouls.
And it all worked so well the first time with Big Tobacco that they're running the same play yet again.
DEBRIEFING
The truth is very simple, folks. When the government calls something a crisis, it's usually the opening move in a much bigger plan to control that crisis. This lawsuit lets them redefine food, redefine what is “safe,” and eventually redefine how you are allowed to eat... again. It gives them more leverage and more influence. And it also gives them a brand-new narrative where they get to be the saviors instead of the architects.
And remember what you just watched. Ultra-processed food didn’t become addictive by accident. Big Tobacco moved into Big Food, brought its addiction science with it, and reshaped the entire industry. The government didn’t stop it. They watched it happen. They approved every ingredient. They oversaw every brand acquisition. They looked the other way while the food supply was engineered to hook people the same way cigarettes did.
This is one big private club, and you're the Guinea pigs.
So what does this all mean? It means the same apparatus that approved ultra-processed junk for decades is now trying to gain authority over the fallout. It means the lawsuit isn’t the end of something, and nobody within this evil apparatus is trying to help you. It's the beginning of a new era.
NOW YOU KNOW
If history tells us anything, the next chapter will not be about your health. It will be about their power and their money.

The same thing with disease. A writer wrote about how they make up diseases, panic the people, who now cry about it and they make a REQUIRED vaccine to take.
Look at all the diseases that never really came true and some are now called fake and never really was.
Trump’s FDA in 2025
1) APPROVED for human consumption Bill Gates to spray RNA on produce with no label warning.
2) APPROVED Bill Gates APEEL to be sprayed on ORGANIC PRODUCE without a warning label AND stall can call the produce organic. APEEL is already sprayed on non-organic produce (carrots/apples etc) without a sticker warning us.
3) APPROVED Jeff Bezo’s laboratory grown fish for human consumption.
4) APPROVED Moderna’s covid-19 jab to be given to 6 MONTH OLD INFANTS and children.
I could list a lot more horrific things Trump’s administration approved that is NOT MAHA but list too long. Trump lied to us.
I voted for the man 3x and am so disappointed. I don’t care about the republican party but I care about USA human & economic health (deport ALL illegals/end H1B visa programs/programs like it-end all immigration for 25 years so USA citizens are not put on unemployment line- stop all money to Israel/foreign countries until our debt paid off/infrastructure replaced & USA citizens are cared for-AND I care about USA citizen HEALTH. The ONLY THING Trump has done right is tariffs. He is weak to horrible about deportations & flat out lied about getting rid of H1B visa programs/and the like and lied about MAHA. Trump has Robert Kennedy Jr tied up in a basement somewhere muzzled while the Bill Gates/Jeff Bezos etc destroy our food and block out the sun/poison our land. While our our famers and cattle ranchers are bankrupted & Chinese/foreign countries snap them up -Bill Gates owns over 600,000 acres of farmland! Meat processing plants are a down to being owned by a few companies who force cattlemen to inject mRNA into cattle or they won’t buy their cattle so cattlemen are forced to and USA health is harmed. NOTHING is being done about that!
Trump funded his own campaigns the first 2 times. Endless lawfare/boycotts against his businesses hurt him financially and it is rumored he converted to Judaism in 2019 without telling voters. He didn’t put his hand on the bible the last time he was sworn in/Never attends Sunday church. Trump took $230 million from Israel’s AIPAC & millions more from a Jew named Adelson & millions more from BigTech. Trump choose an unknown nobody named JD Vance as his VP to pay back BigTech because Vance is their H1Bvisa/BigTech groomed stooge. Accepted. We get screwed by Israel/Jews who want USA (and all Christian countries overrun with non-Christians to destroy them as Jew messiah won’t come until Christianity is destroyed ) and BigTech…..but why is Trump sitting down to White House dinners with Bezos and Gates and BigPharma who want to thin the human population down – themselves excluded? TRUMP IS A MAGA TRAITOR is why. I am going to very much enjoy watching the democrats win in 2026 and impeach Trump repeatedly. I would never vote for a democrat but Trump taught ALL of us on both political sides that when a politician takes AIPAC/Israel money & BigTech money – THE USA MIDDLE CLASS LOSES. So I will never again vote for any republican who takes AIPAC/Israel money nor will I vote for a candidate who touched that wall.
I bought a can of popcorn already – waiting for 2026 when democrats win and we can all watch the Trump impeachment show play out again. Every main republican candidate on my ballot for 2026 touched that Israel wall or took APAIC money/is a Zionist or H1B visa program supporter so I am not voting for them which means the GOP will lose to a democrat because millions are like me. I don’t care if democrats win. Zionist/H1B visa program supporter republicans are destroying the USA just as much as democrats are. Who cares which side destroys it first. I am not voting for either of them.
Some day in the always distant future there will be peace, prosperity, and sovereignty of the people. Problem is the Machine figures out exactly what they need to do to avert that whenever their system is threatened.
