But it's not just that this guy has a beautiful 9,500 sq ft home that has him emotional. It’s the realization that it’s 100% his.
Through tears, he explains that the house is completely paid off. There's no mortgage or lien and no credit cards maxed out. But furthermore, he explains that he himself has no car payments or crazy utility bills. Literally zero debt tied to the property or himself. And that right there is the true American dream.
At one point he sums up this entire moment with a simple phrase:
“I beat the game.”

You know for most Americans, life is really just a revolving door of credit and debit. It's just normal to see mortgages stretching across decades, cars being financed, and credit cards filling the gaps. Month after month becomes a cycle of payments that rarely disappears.
And honestly, running on that hampster wheel can start to feel less like progress and more like, well, running on a hampster wheel. The goal isn’t getting ahead, it's just struggling to stay current.

This is another internet hoax. I played by the rules, kept my debts close to or at 0, didn’t spend much ( except for Child Support) worked 40 years on Consumer Lending, semi retired with my partner at 60, and her and I live a really happy, frugal, debt free life. But we don’t have a 10,000 sq foot home, that WE built, aren’t entirely debt free ( nobody is really) and both are educated, self made people that we did with no outside help. This guy sounds like an idiot who can barely enunciate a plain sentence, in English.No, sorry, this is another internet, put up job, maybe even AI driven. Shame on people, and sites, who post this and give it ANY credibility, Concentrate on the real important producers of society, not this bum.
